Thats day 2 done and had to push myself out of the door as my legs where still very sore from the first run. Did a bit if stretching and got right into it though.
Found that the run again ‘still following the C25k app’ was pretty easy going although again I pushed myself when the app finished at around 3k.
The last part of the run or the last .5k was pretty tough with my legs having enough.
Still all done now.
